Travelodge Hotel Trial Free Futuristic Pyjamas
It may look like something out of a futuristic sci-fi film as commented by the Daily Mail but the real question is do these high-tech pjs serve a purpose beyond making you look like something out of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Running Man or a member of the Icelandic bobsleigh team??
Well, lets take a closer look. The Travelodge Pyjamas are a full body, figure-hugging suit that includes a hood, gloves and socks. First thoughts might be that you would get extremely hot and even uncomfortable in these, as most people like to feel free and wear loose clothing when sleeping. However, the theory behind these pyjamas is to help regulate body temperature, help the skin breathe and retain the skin’s moisture. These are factors that are essential for to sleep well. The pjs are made out of an innovative new fabric called Dermasilk that is said to feel like a second skin. This extraordinary material can even control body odour and is particularly helpful for people suffering from skin disorders that make the skin itch.
In my opinion, I think that it’s important to prevent heat loss from the head particularly if the room is cold and during the winter so I particular like the head mask that is part of the suit. In addition, sometimes you just don’t feel comfortable sleeping in a bed that isn’t yours and where I’m sure that most hotels are fine, these Travelodge Pyjamas could also be looked at as a kind of protective suit from things like bed bugs.
Well, this isn’t the first innovation from Travelodge hotels and I’m sure it won’t be the last!
Look out for the suits at the 5 trial Travelodge hotels at London Heathrow Terminal 5, Birmingham Fiveways, Bristol Central, Manchester Central and Edinburgh Central.
